¶ How to Use the Ecommerce Search Consultation
¶ 1. Activate the Voice Assistant
- Locate the Voice Assistant button in the bottom-right corner of the page.
- Click the microphone icon to activate the assistant.
- After activation, a message will prompt you to give a voice command.
¶ 2. Using Voice Commands
- Click the microphone icon and say your query or command.
- The assistant will:
- Display the message: “You said: [your query]”.
- Show statuses like “Analyzing request” and “Please wait…”.
¶ 3. Receiving Recommendations
For Single Product Recommendations:
- A link to the recommended product will be displayed.
- Click “click” to view the product in a new tab.
For Multiple Product Recommendations:
- A message will offer additional product matches.
- Click “here” to explore more options.
